HWL Technical Solutions repair section undertakes all types of industrial electronic repairs. We offer a 24 hour emergency breakdown service along with standard response turnaround services, in all cases we are committed to functional testing of all our repairs. Our service capability ranges from a simple printed circuit board to a complex Servo Drive for an industrial robot.

We provide free quotations for all repairs, which are submitted by fax or email for your approval and purchase order confirmation. Our warranty covers all repairs; collection and delivery from any address in the UK are all part of our service.

Consign the repair to us by carrier or request we make a third party collection.

Attach to the repair an indication or description of the fault or malfunction. If you have any relevant drawings or manuals include them with the repair.

Standard turnaround of 10 to 14 days

Emergency repair of 48 hours providing spares are available.

Indicate the urgency of the repair we have two levels of repair turnaround.

electronic system panels When the repair arrives at our works we will examine the unit and provide a Repair quotation by email or by facsimile this is followed up with a telephone call.

When you receive the repair quotation indicate if you accept the repair by the Issue of an order number.

Alternatively state that the repair is not required or instruct us to return the unit If unrepaired, in which case we will charge carriage costs.

The first transaction between HWL Technical Solutions and its new customers is on a proforma basis. We do provide credit accounts to approved customers.

On receipt of your order we will repair the equipment and test the unit to one of two levels.

  • The equipment will be fully tested.
  • We have carried out the repair but have not been able to fully test the unit.

The unit is then dispatched on a next working day carrier. Or hand delivered if you need assistance with the unit to bring your system back on line.
